The present invention relates to a system for monitoring and suppressing forest fires using drones. By installing a plurality of vertical towers in a mountainous area and attaching drones to the vertical towers so that the drones can take off therefrom and land thereon, forest fires can be monitored by means of the drones, and when a forest fire is sensed, the forest fire can be suppressed by flying the drones to drop fire-extinguishing bombs into the forest fire zone, thus allowing forest fires to be monitored and suppressed rapidly and effectively at lost cost, and by allowing the fire-extinguishing bombs to be supplied to the drones by means of the vertical towers, the drones can be supplied with fire-extinguishing bombs, while flying back and forth between the forest fire zone and vertical towers, to repeatedly and continuously drop the fire-extinguishing bombs into the forest fire zone, and accordingly can more rapidly suppress the forest fire, and by installing a plurality of vertical towers and flying the drone of each vertical tower in a fleet to the forest fire zone to drop fire-extinguishing bombs, forest fires can be fought in a more rapid and focused manner by utilizing the plurality of drones.
