Abstract:

1. A timing and impulse system comprising:

a hardware processor; and

a machine-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the hardware processor, cause the hardware processor to:

receive data pertaining to any or a combination of an orientation or an action or an impulse performed by a plurality of users by means of at least one sensor configured on the users;

deriving, from the received data, a principal reference point based on human energy functional efficiency in a manner such that achievement of the reference point by the users during the orientation/action enables creation of shortest path for energy delivery with positive polarity; and

providing phase coherent electrical and / or magnetic impulses, based upon the received data and the reference point, to an end user or an equipment associated with the end user.

2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the orientation is any or a combination of foot orientation, hand orientation, punching pathway orientation, shot-making pathway orientation, and energy orientation.

3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the action is any or a combination of punching action, hand-based action, body-based action, and foot-based action.

4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said data pertains to any or a combination of a biomechanical action / sporting action, musical action, fitness based action, and physiotherapy based action.

5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein phase relationship created by the positive polarity enables a repeatedly efficient form and function that allows for energy/phase relationships to be manipulated/re-routed for a desired application.

6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reference point is used to help derive a fundamental unit for a product design application.

The system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the product design relates to any or a combination of sporting product, a fitness product, an ergonomic product design, a vehicle and or part of vehicle /attachment of a vehicle design, a sound and light equipment design, a furniture design, an interconnecting device design, an antenna design.

8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reference point is used for training users with respect to their actions and/or orientations.

9. A timing and impulse method comprising steps of:

receiving, at a computing device, data pertaining to any or a combination of an orientation or an action or an impulse performed by the user by means of at least one sensor configured on the user;

deriving, at the computing device from the received data, a principal reference point based on human energy functional efficiency in a manner such that achievement of the reference point by the users during the orientation/action enables creation of shortest path for energy delivery with positive polarity; and

providing, by the computing device, phase coherent electrical and / or magnetic impulses to an end user or an equipment associated with the end user.

A SYSTEM FOR MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT OF HUMAN BODY AND

PROVIDING BIOFEEDBACK

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to a device, system, and method for physical development of human beings.

BACKGROUND

[0002] The background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.

[0003] It is known from earlier research in the public domain that electrocuting the body and or the blood provides fitness and or medical benefits. However earlier instruments for achieving the same have been homemade and / or are large or impractical. Additionally they have not been in reference to delivery of current / impulses in reference to phase/polarity.

[0004] The present invention avoids the problems/disadvantages noted above and overcome other problems encountered in conventional methods. The objects, advantages and novel features of the invention may be realized and obtained by means of the instrumentalities and combinations particularly pointed out in the detailed description.

OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE

[0005] Some of the objects of the present disclosure, which at least one embodiment herein satisfies are as listed herein below.

[0006] It is an object of the present disclosure to overcome problems associated with the conventional prior art.

[0007] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a system and method that enables generation/derivation of a reference point (RP).

[0008] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a system and method that enables use of the RP to enable harmonic energy based action by a user.

[0009] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a system and method that enables use of the RP in a harmonic energy implementation system. [00010] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a system and method that provides phase coherent electrical and / or magnetic and / or vibrational impulses to an end user or to equipment associated with end user for training and guiding and or medical and or research purposes.

[00011] Another object of the present disclosure is to produce designs for products in keeping with the reference point so as to create medical / physiotherapy / sporting / artificial limb/organ products.

[00015] The present disclosure generally relates to a device, system, and method for physical development of human beings.

[00016] According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a timing and or impulse system includes a hardware processor; and a machine-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the hardware processor, cause the hardware processor to receive data pertaining to any or a combination of an orientation or an action or an impulse performed by a plurality of users by means of at least one sensor which could be configured on the users; deriving, from the received data, a principal reference point based on human and or energy and or human energy functional efficiency in a manner such that achievement of the reference point by the users during the orientation/action enables creation of other reference point/s such as but not limited to shortest path for energy delivery with positive polarity; and providing phase coherent electrical and / or magnetic and or vibrational impulses, based upon the standardized data /calibration data /reference point data /orientation/s and or intersectional impact and function data, such as but not limited to , from prior art and or received data and the reference point, to an end user or an equipment associated with the end user.

[00062] In an embodiment, the system 100 includes a pulse generator 124 for providing phase coherent referenced/calibrated electrical and / or magnetic / vibrational impulses, based upon the received data and the reference point, to an end user or equipment associated with the end user. The end users may be sportsperson, patient, gym instructor, driver, pilot, masseuse, etc. In an example, the phase coherent electrical and / or magnetic impulses may be provided to plurality of wearable devices associated with the end users, or equipments associated with the end users. The wearable devices may include gloves, shoes, torso, helmets, pads, gears, etc. The equipment may include vehicles, locomotives, airplanes, treadmills, cycles, handles, bars, physiotherapy equipment, etc. In an example, the wearable devices or the equipment are developed based upon the timing and impulse system 200 and method 300 (described below), and are utilized by the end users, by wearing the wearable devices, or by using the equipments, wherein, the wearable devices or the equipment receives phase coherent electrical and / magnetic/vibrational impulses based upon the retrieved data to guide the end user to perform or use his body or limbs as per best practices, such that proper conditioning of the body is achieved based upon utilization of standardized collected data.

[00063] FIG. 2 illustrates exemplary functional modules of the system 200 for enabling derivation of reference point based on received data and provides phase coherent electrical and/or magnetic and/or vibrational impulses in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. In an aspect, the present system 200 can include a data receive module 202 that can be configured to receive data at a computing device, said data being related to actions and/or orientations of a user, and wherein the data can either be obtained in real-time from the user, or after a defined time interval or can be pre-stored or simulated and or analysed and or turned into a data model. Any other manner in which data pertaining to actions/orientations of a user can be obtained is completed within the scope of the present disclosure. In an aspect, data can be obtained using one or more sensors (such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, phase meter, pressure meters, etc) that can be operatively coupled and or calibrated with the user and or any position or point in space/time/distance and can be continuously sent over a network/communication medium.

[00064] The system 200 can further include a data based reference point (RP) generation module 204 that can be configured to, using one or more processors configured in a computing device in which aspects of the proposed system 200 is implemented, process the received data from module 202 so as to generate the RP. In an exemplary implementation of module 204, user can have a data device/sensor that can be configured on his/her wrist/head/foot and can be operatively coupled with for eg the metronome in a manner such that when the user performs an action/orientation (or an orientation based action), data is generated and transmitted by the data device and the metronome is calibrated to the action tempo, thus giving the tempo/data of the action performed. RP can accordingly then be derived from the tempo/time/phase/polarity where stress fewer nesses/effortlessness/(complete) transfer of force/s/maximum transfer/s of force/s/effort (positive energy polarity) is achieved for the action performed.

[00065] In another aspect, action of the user received by the data receiving module 202 helps calibrate the user’s repetitive action, thus calibrating the metronome and or it’s time signature/s to the user’s tempo. Data can therefore be derived for the RP or other RPs so as to improve for most ideal RP.
