A system for operating a business network to provide reward for members of the network comprising a transacting module adapted for allowing members to conduct transaction through the system and recording reward generated for the system, an allocation module adapted for arranging members into a matrix structure of the business network and distributing the reward to relating members of the matrix structure, and an input module that receives input information from members for processing by the transacting module and the allocation module.
