Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for operating a shared bicycle and a personal mobility device, which enables a shared bicycle or personal mobility device to be operated at a relatively low cost, and more efficiently prevents the theft of and manages the bicycle or person mobility device, the system being characterized by comprising: at least one bicycle or personal mobility device; a brake device installed on a brake of the bicycle or personal mobility device, which operates such that the brake is locked when the bicycle or personal mobility device is stored, and operates such that the brake is unlocked when the bicycle or personal mobility device is rented; a second communication module installed near the bicycle or personal mobility device during storage, so as to maintain a communication connection with the bicycle or personal mobility device during storage, and to release communication with the bicycle or personal mobility device during rental; a bicycle or personal mobility device management station including a counting unit for generating number information of the bicycle or personal mobility device to which communication is connected, and a second control unit for transmitting the number information to the outside; and a management server for receiving the number information from the bicycle or personal mobility device management station.
