EARLIEST PRIORITY DATE

This Application claims priority from a Complete patent application filed in India having Patent Application No. 202121055688, filed on December 01, 2021, and titled “A SYSTEM FOR A PORTABLE GYMNASIUM UNIT AND A METHOD TO OPERATE THE SAME”

FIELD OF INVENTION

Embodiments of a present disclosure relate to a field of fitness, and more particularly to a system for a portable plug and playable gymnasium unit and a method to operate the same.

BACKGROUND

Regular physical activity can improve muscle strength and boost endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to tissues and helps the cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when heart and lung health improve, a human being has more energy to tackle daily chores. A gym or gymnasium refers to a room, a building, or a space equipped for gymnastics, games, and other physical exercises where people can visit and perform regular physical activities. Conventional gymnasiums are public spaces where people from various places visit to perform regular physical activities. However, visiting such public spaces could be dangerous for human health in pandemic times having a possibility of people being infected in the gymnasium, as the infection may spread to other people through the air or physical contact.

Also, the installation cost and overall time effort to realize a gymnasium for a large number of people would be high as it includes building cost, amenities cost, a greater number of gym equipment related cost, and the like. Moreover, such gymnasiums are found in urban and semi-urban areas and not in rural areas, thereby reducing the chances of rural people getting an opportunity to perform such regular physical activities. Also, such gymnasiums would be expensive for rural people. Hence, there is a need for an improved system for a portable gymnasium unit and a method to operate the same which addresses the aforementioned issues.
