Abstract:
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to devices for process control and can be used for the simultaneous accurate measurement of several dimensions of rotating workpieces during the processing thereof. The inventive system for the process control of parameters of rotating workpieces comprises an irradiator, a receiving unit provided with an optical objective, a photoreceiver and a recording unit. The novelty of said invention lies in that a position sensor of a controlled workpiece is added to the system and said system is embodied in the form of measuring transducers spaced around the controlled workpiece. Each measuring transducer comprises a laser emitter, a receiving optical objective and the photoreceiver arranged in the focus thereof. Said photoreceiver is embodied in the form of a photodiode bar whose input is connected to a control/reading unit for the signals of said bar and a co-ordinate calculating unit whose input is connected to the output of the photodiode bar. The recording unit is embodied in the form of a microprocessing device connected, through the clipboard thereof and by means of a two-way exchange bus, to the control/reading unit for the signals of said bar and to the output of the co-ordinate calculating unit by a data bus. The control/reading unit for the signals of said bar and the co-ordinate calculating unit are connected to each other with the aid of a two-way data bus, the output of the position sensor of a controlled workpiece being connected to the clipboard of the microprocessing device.
