Abstract:
A system and process for the measurement of motion efficiency comprises motion supporting equipment (1) located in at least one location wherein it is connected to a processing and displaying unit (3) and a server (5) wherein the processing and displaying unit (3) has a system for the measurement of motion efficiency comprising sensors (6) that are configured to receive motion signal (361) from users and the processing and displaying unit (3) that is configured to receive and convert signal as well as displaying and saving the result of motion data (362) wherein there is a process for the measurement of motion efficiency that runs, connects, measures motion signal (361), converts signal, and processes said motion efficiency which has additional sensors (6) for more inclusive measurement of motion efficiency and also provides data processing and displaying that allows users to learn about their own motion efficiency and provides appropriate suggestion in accordance with the data of each user along with applying with motion supporting equipment (1) for an independent use or group use.
