Abstract:
Provided is an oxygen impurity-removing protection apparatus of a system for producing hydrogen by alkaline electrolyzed water. The protection apparatus is configured to be connected to an oxygen separator (500) of the system for producing hydrogen by alkaline electrolyzed water. The protection apparatus comprises oxygen purification devices (33, 42), oxygen storage devices (34, 44), a first stop valve (23), and an air pump (24). The oxygen purification devices (33, 42) are connected to the oxygen separator (500) and are configured to perform purification and impurity removal on crude oxygen of the oxygen separator (500). The oxygen purification devices (33, 42) are further connected to the oxygen storage devices (34, 44) and are configured to store the obtained pure oxygen into the oxygen storage devices (34, 44). The oxygen storage devices (34, 44) are connected to the oxygen separator (500) through the air pump (24) and the first stop valve (23) and are configured to introduce the stored oxygen into the oxygen separator (500) when the system for producing hydrogen by alkaline electrolyzed water is in a low-load working mode so as to reduce the content of hydrogen impurities in the oxygen in the oxygen separator (500), thereby protecting the system for producing hydrogen by alkaline electrolyzed water. Further provided is the system for producing hydrogen by alkaline electrolyzed water, and an oxygen impurity-removing protection method thereof.
