Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for product anomaly management using process real-time monitoring, comprising: a technical information management manager for receiving current status information of each process step for a product and managing the status information for each process step; and a 3D shape management manager for receiving a 3D modeling original drawing generated by 3D modeling the design data for the product, converting the 3D modeling original drawing into process real-time monitoring (PRM) view format to generate a PRM view, receiving current status information for the process steps from the technology information management manager, converting the current status information into PRM data, and mapping the PRM view to the PRM data each other to generate a PRM update view in which the transferred process information has been updated, wherein the technology information management manager confirms anomaly information for the product included in the current status information, and if anomaly of the product is confirmed as a result of the confirmation, an item matched to the product is processed and provided as an anomaly notification user interface object indicating an abnormal state, and if the anomaly of the product is not confirmed, the item matched to the product is processed and provided as a standard user interface object indicating a normal state.
