Abstract:
The system for providing a customized sleep solution according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a data input unit and a solution provision unit. The data input unit can input an activity time of a user. The solution provision unit can provide sleep solution information required for the user on the basis of the activity time. The system for providing a customized sleep solution according to the present invention provides a customized sleep solution for each individual by providing sleep solution information required for a user on the basis of an activity time that has undergone a time difference change due to travel or a work environment, etc., thereby preventing social and economic loss caused by sleep disorders.
