Disclosed are a system for providing integrated stock quote information of a plurality of stock exchanges and a method therefor. The system for providing integrated stock quote information of a plurality of stock exchanges receives, from at least two stock exchanges, at least one among preferred bid and ask prices, trading information, and ask price information for each stage with identification information of the stock exchanges, then selects the preferred bid prices of at least one stock exchange according to the trading quantity of the preferred bid prices of each stock exchange divided on the basis of the identification information of the stock exchanges, selects the preferred ask price of at least one stock exchange according to the trading quantity of the preferred ask prices of each stock exchange divided on the basis of the identification information of the stock exchanges, totals up the trading volumes and trading values of the trading information of each stock exchange divided on the basis of the identification information of the stock exchanges, totals up the ask prices for each stage and remaining amount of shares of each stock exchange divided on the basis of the identification information of the stock exchanges, and then provides the integrated information to a plurality of financial systems.
