Abstract:
The present invention suppresses peak power demand without creating a new peak power demand. In customer equipment, a discharge control device controls discharge of a storage cell and supply of power from a storage cell to a supply destination corresponding to customer equipment, and a charge control device controls charging of the storage cell by a commercial power source. In electric utility equipment, a discharge control unit controls the discharge control device to thereby control discharge of a storage cell and the supply of power from a storage cell to a supply destination corresponding to customer equipment, and a charge control unit controls the charge control device to thereby control charging of the storage cell by a commercial power source. The time-frame in which the storage cell provided to customer equipment is charged is offset from the time-frame in which the storage cell provided to customer equipment other than the customer equipment among a plurality of customer equipment is charged.
