Abstract:

A system for specifying a target item corresponding to input information on the basis of the input information input to a terminal and a method therefor are disclosed. The system comprises: a first device; a second device; and a server storing a plurality of items including first corresponding items corresponding to the first device and second corresponding items corresponding to the second device, wherein if the first device and the terminal communicate, the server receives first identification information capable of identifying the first device, and extracts, from the plurality of items, the first corresponding items corresponding to the received first identification information, the target item being at least one specified on the basis of the extracted first corresponding items; and if the second device and the terminal communicate, the server receives second identification information capable of identifying the second device, and extracts, from the plurality of items, the second corresponding items corresponding to the received second identification information, the target item being at least one specified on the basis of the extracted second corresponding items.
