Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to calculate a supercritical injection molding condition appropriate for a given mold shape by generating information about an SCF-containing material on the basis of common material information and results of trial production using a reference mold. This system comprises one or more processors and one or more memory resources. The memory resources have stored therein: common material information pertaining to materials that contain no supercritical fluid (SCF); reference-mold-based trial production result information, which represents results of trial production carried out with a reference mold using an SFC-containing material; a molding analysis execution program for executing molding analysis; and a material information generation program for generating SCF-containing material information. The molding analysis execution program executes a process for the molding analysis using arbitrarily defined SCF-containing material information generated according to the common material information. The material information generation program changes the arbitrarily defined SCF-containing material information through a comparison between the reference mold analysis result information generated in the molding analysis process and the reference-mold-based trial production result information, to thereby generate SCF-containing material information having a correct value.
