Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for transferring a solar cell substrate and aims to improve manufacturing process efficiency by allowing the solar cell substrate to be continuously transferred to a texturing process after a cleansing process, by means of an in-line method. To this end, the system for transferring the solar cell substrate of the present invention comprises: a plate having a plate shape with a penetrated center portion, which is arranged between a device for processing the solar cell substrate, and on which a carrier is seated for accommodating a plurality of the substrates; a plurality of support protrusions, which are provided in a plurality on the plate, for fixing the position of the carrier; and a carrier transferring device, which is provided on the lower portion of the plate, for transferring the carrier that is seated on the plate from one side to the other side of the plate, wherein the carrier transferring device further comprises a seating portion on which the carrier is seated, an elevation portion, which is connected to the lower side of the seating portion, for elevating or lowering the seating portion so that the seating portion passes through the center portion of plate, and a horizontal moving portion, which is connected to the lower side of the elevation portion, for horizontally moving the seating portion.
