Abstract:
A system for treating waste metal smelting fume comprises a melting device, a cloth bag dust removal device, a spraying dust removal device, and a water circulation treatment device. The smelting device comprises a smelting furnace (1), a horizontally-disposed settling chamber (2) in communication with the upper part of the smelting furnace (1), and a first flue (31) connected to the settling chamber (2). The cloth bag dust removal device comprises a cloth bag room (4). The spraying dust removal device comprises a spraying tower (7). The water circulation treatment device comprises a cooling pond (91), a settling pond (92) and a desulfurization pond (93) that are sequentially connected. The system has a good dust removal effect.
