Abstract:
Provided are a system and treatment process for combined removal of phenol oil from phenol-ammonia wastewater. The system comprises an oil removal system, an extraction system, a reverse extraction system and a purification system as well as respective process flows thereof. The extraction flow comprises the following steps: (1) tar extracting: the waste tar is recycled; (2) extracting and dephenolization: the rate of removal of phenol from wastewater is up to more than 99.7%; and (3) recycling of an intermediate layer. Extracting agent and phenols are fully recycled, which accordingly avoids secondary pollution caused by wastewater. The phenol-ammonia wastewater treatment system and treatment process thereof provided are capable of synchronous removal and recycling of the wastes, tar and phenol, in wastewater, thereby maximizing the recycling of the extracting agent. The system and process require small modifications to original plants in a factory, are low in cost and stable during operation, has a post-treatment total phenol removal rate of more than 94% and a COD removal rate of more than 98%, and meet the requirements for subsequent wastewater ammonia distillation treatment.
