Abstract:

This invention provides a system for unsecured funding to a credit card member store so that an undetermined future credit obligation based on the sales results for a fixed period is converted to a debt security, without any effect from fluctuations in the regular sales of the member store. The system uses credit card settlement transaction-based sales data to compute credit card settlement transaction sales results for a fixed period from the credit card settlement transactions of the credit card member store, sets the intended period during which credit obligations expected to be generated in the future at the credit card member store are converted to a debt security, multiplies a debt security conversion ratio by the credit card settlement transaction sales results for the previous year period corresponding to the intended period of conversion to a debt security to set the face value of the purchased debt security of a future credit obligation, sets the current-month redemption value for each credit card company, notifies the information processing server of the credit card company to end the redemption of the purchased debt security when there is a match between the cumulative redemption value and the amount of the face value, and notifies the information processing server of the credit card company to extend the redemption value when there is no match between the cumulative redemption value and the amount of the face value even after the intended period of conversion to a debt security has elapsed.
