Abstract:
A multi-step vacuum module having vacuum cells connected in multi-steps via seals is connected to the outlet side of an emulsifying/dispersion apparatus either directly or via a heat exchanger. This multi-step vacuum module applies a necessary backpressure to the emulsifying/dispersion apparatus. On the other hand, the backpressure is reduced step by step by the cascaded vacuum cells so that bubbling is prevented in releasing an emulsion into the atmosphere. Owing to this construction, bubbling can be prevented at any points from the formation of the emulsion to the takeoff thereof as a product.
