Abstract:
This system violation resolution control calculation system that calculates a system violation resolution control for resolving a system violation of a power system has: a constraint formulation unit that formulates the constraints of an optimization problem for calculating a system violation resolution control on the basis of a power system model and a power system state; and a fluctuation impact calculation unit that calculates an impact of the power fluctuation of each bus line on the line flow of each transmission line of the power system on the basis of the constrains and a fluctuation range indicating the range of the power fluctuation of each bus line of the power system. Accordingly, the system violation resolution control calculation system calculates a robust violation resolution control with respect to a fluctuation factor of the power system.
