Abstract:
One or more servers (11) communicate with one or more applications being executed in each of a plurality of wireless terminals (2) through a first or second cellular communication network (3, 4). The one or more servers (11) determines, on the basis of one or an arbitrary combination of priority associated with each of the applications, priority associated with each of the wireless terminals (2), and priority associated with an organization to which the plurality of wireless terminals (2) belong, a network selection parameter that is used by each of the wireless terminals (2) in order to select the cellular communication network that is used to communicate with the one or more servers (11) from the first and second cellular communication networks (3, 4), and transmits the determined parameter to each of the wireless terminals (2). This makes it possible, for example, to reflect priority handling related to public safety services on the selection among the plurality of cellular communication networks.
