Abstract:

On the ground side, a plurality of primary side power supply transformers are installed separated from each other with the longitudinal direction of magnetic poles thereof oriented in a vehicle advancing direction, said primary side power supply transformers being equipped with both-side winding coils of windings wound around an H-shaped core. On the vehicle side, a secondary side power supply transformer equipped with an H-shaped core is mounted with the longitudinal direction of magnetic poles thereof oriented in a vehicle front-rear direction. When the dimension of the magnetic pole is denoted by D, the separation distance between the primary side power supply transformers is set within a range in which the distance between the magnetic pole centers of adjacent primary side power supply transformers does not exceed 3D.
