Abstract:
In the present invention, in order to obtain a heating/cooling system which can locally cool or heat a discretionary place, a heating/cooling system (10) comprises a supply unit that supplies a heating medium (W), and a dual-pipe unit (14) that has the following: an inner pipe (28) which is connected to the supply unit and through which the heating medium (W) flows; an outer pipe (30) which is disposed in the outer circumferential side of the inner pipe (28) which has a space (38) between itself and the inner pipe (28) maintained in a vacuum; and a site at which the degree of vacuum in the space (38) differs or a site at which the degree of vacuum of the space (38) can be adjusted.
