Abstract:
The present invention relates to a systemic immunity or gut immunity adjuvant comprising ethanol-soluble cheonggukjang extracts as active ingredients. The immunity adjuvant comprising ethanol-soluble cheonggukjang extracts according to the present invention uses food materials with assured safety to prevent the risk of toxicity and side effects and enable low production cost and provide convenience in use. Furthermore, the immunity adjuvant of the present invention can induce Th1 and Th2 response not only against oral infectious pathogenic microorganisms but also non-oral infectious pathogenic microorganisms, virus, cancer antigens, general antigens or the like when taken orally together with immunogen, and can produce an effective specific antibody (IgG in blood and IgA in the small intestine).
