Abstract:
Example embodiments relate generally to verifying transactions performed by computing devices. An example method includes receiving a communication request. The method includes identifying, from the communication request, a requested action and user information. The method includes performing a verification process of verifying the user information. The method includes performing a second verification process. The second verification process includes searching for previous communication requests received, each previous communication request having a previous requested action matching the requested action and previous user information matching the identified user information. Each previous communication request is a request that resulted in performing, based on the previous user information, the previous requested action. Responsive to finding at least a predetermined number of the previous communication requests, the method includes sending a request to the computing device to perform a real-time capture of information, receiving such information, processing such information, and performing the requested action.
