Abstract:
Methods and apparatus for an online disability insurance policy system are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the system is configured to provide online quotes to a set of consumers by analyzing received consumer data and selecting the most appropriate set of disability insurance carriers based upon the analysis. Various rate illustrations associated with each disability insurance carrier may be stored in a database connected with a disability insurance authority. Received consumer information may be then analyzed and compared with the various rate illustrations in order to determine a set of ideal matches. A quote may then be generated based upon each identified rate illustration, or further refined by a set of algorithms stored within the disability insurance authority.
