Abstract:
The present application provides a Syzygium infra-rubiginosum extract fungicide, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The fungicide comprises extracts from the stems and leaves of Syzygium infra-rubiginosum, in particular, a methanol crude extract and compounds 1, 2, and 3 obtained by separation and purification. The fungicide has the advantages such as high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, no pollution, low cost, strong fungicidal activity, broad fungicidal spectrum, and simple separation process, has a fungicidal activity and broad spectrum better than those of commercial botanical fungicides, carvacrol and eugenol, has significant prevention and control effect on banana anthracnose, cowpea powdery mildew, and mango postharvest disease, and can be used as a potential fungicide for plant fungal diseases.
