Abstract:
Provided is a T cell production method that comprises a step (1) for culturing a 3D cell aggregate containing cells that can be differentiated into T cells and stromal cells expressing notch ligands derived from pluripotent stem cells. Also provided are T cells obtained using said method and a medicine containig such T cells.
