Abstract:
In the disclosed table device for inspecting angular velocity sensors: a rotary plate (20) is arranged on the output shaft of a motor (10) for providing angular velocities; angular velocity sensors (2) are arranged on the rotary plate (20); and a temperature adjustment unit (30) is arranged on the rotary plate (20). The temperature adjustment unit (30) is placed in direct or indirect contact with the angular velocity sensors (2) and controls the temperature thereof. The signal characteristics of the angular velocity sensors (2) are inspected while continuously rotating the rotary plate (20) and the temperature adjustment unit (30) together with the angular velocity sensors (2). Thus, the temperature characteristics of the angular velocity sensors can be inspected in a short cycle time.
