Abstract:
When the positioning of a movable table is performed in four-axis control using
four supporting means, asynchronous positioning control using three of the
four axes is performed first with the other axis used for torque control. Immediately
before or after the completion of the positioning using the three axes, the other
axis is switched for positioning control and the final positioning to the target
position is performed.
