Abstract:
A tablecloth of a semi-PU leather material, comprising a PU leather layer and a base layer, the PU leather layer being prepared from the following materials in parts by mass in an attached formula: 52-60 parts of an aqueous polyurethane resin, 0-38 parts of water, 5-12 parts of a polystyrene foaming agent, 3-10 parts of sodium dodecyl sulphate, 1-2 parts of an organosilicon levelling agent, 1-3 parts of palm oil, 1-3 parts of a polyacrylic acid emulsion, 1-5 parts of paper pulp waste liquid having undergone a four-stage treatment, 0.5-2 parts of an emulsified silicone oil, 0.2-0.5 parts of an antioxidant and 1-3 parts of a flame retardant. A grid pile-bottom antiskid cloth is used as the bottom base cloth of the tablecloth, and the PU leather layer and the bottom base layer are combined, and then embossed and dyed, so that the tablecloth of the semi-PU leather material can be obtained. The tablecloth has the properties of stain resistance, being easy to wash, waterproofing and heat insulation, and excellent oxidation resistance and flame retardancy.
