The present invention addresses the problem of providing a tablet cassette rotor that does not have many parts, can handle tablets of more shapes and sizes, and also can support automatic adjustment of the depth, width, and partitioning position of a tablet guideway. The problem is solved by a rotor (4) that is accommodated so as to be able to rotate in a cassette main body (3) accommodating tablets, and that has a plurality of tablet guideways (4b) for guiding the tablets to a tablet discharge hole, wherein the tablet guideways are provided with an inclined outer surface that is inclined with respect to the axis of rotation of the rotor and faces opposite an inverted cone-shaped inclined inner surface of the cassette main body. It is made possible to adjust the distance between the inverted cone-shaped inclined inner surface of the cassette main body and the inclined outer surfaces of the tablet guideways by raising/lowering the rotor relative to the cassette main body. It is made possible to adjust the distance between a partitioning member (8) and a tablet support table (47) that is located below the partitioning member and supports a lowermost tablet, by raising/lowering the tablet support table. It is made possible to rotate a first movable member (50) and second movable member (60) in a relative manner and adjust the distance between a first vertical protrusion (53) and second vertical protrusion (63) constituting the tablet guideways.
