Abstract:
Provided are crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVPP) compositions and their use in beverage treatment. Provided is a dry, direct compressed tablet comprising at lease 70wt% crosslinked PVPP. Also provided is the use of said tablet for the filtering and /or removing polyphenol of a liquid, preferable a beverage.
