Provided are a tablet discharging device capable of discharging tablets one by one from a group of multiple tablets by using a simple configuration, and a medicine packaging machine incorporated with the tablet discharging device.　The present invention has: a circular flat plate having a substantially level surface and being rotatable with tables placed on an upper surface thereof; a non-rotating cylindrical frame body disposed above the circular flat plate so as to surround the outer periphery of the circular flat plate with a small gap from the circular flat plate and having an open bottom; a tablet collective accommodation part formed on the inner side of the cylindrical frame body and collectively accommodating tablets thrown therein; multiple continuous compartments formed on the inner side of the cylindrical frame body, having an entrance, an exit, and a regulating body, and allowing the tablets discharged from the tablet collective accommodation part to be sequentially conveyed at intervals, with the directions of the tablets being regulated by rotation of the circular flat plate and the regulating body; an exit part provided on the cylindrical frame body and through which the tablets being separately conveyed in a raw are discharged from the last compartment; and an overlapped-tablet separating opening part disposed at a lower part of the regulating body and widening along the traveling direction of the tablets.
