The present invention relates to a tablet input detecting apparatus of a blister packaging machine, which can detect whether a tablet is filled in a packaging film, a broken pill, a foreign substance, and a tablet having a different color, size and shape, to determine whether a product has a defect, using a vision system, and distinguish and separately eject determined non-defective products and defective products, during a blister packaging process for packaging a tablet. Specifically, the present invention provides a tablet input detecting apparatus of a blister packaging machine, wherein, after a process of filling a tablet in a filling groove of a packaging film, a process of attaching a foil, which is a covering material, to the surface of the packaging film, a process of punching a product boundary line of the packaging film by a punching part to produce products cut in individual package units, the apparatus can detect whether a tablet is filled in each packaged product, a broken pill, a foreign substance, and a tablet having a different color, size, and shape, using a vision system, and eject a defective product to a defective product storage and a non-defective product, which is a normal product, to a conveyer for a following process.
