Abstract:
A tablet making method for a cylindrical tablet capable of preventing crazing from occurring in the tablet and a center lever from being broken. In the method, a rotary powder compression-molding machine is used to make the cylindrical tablet. The machine is formed in such a manner that a mill (12) and upper and lower levers (10) and (11) fitted to a rotary disk are passed through a clearance between upper and lower pressing rolls according to the rotation of the rotary disk to axially move the upper and lower levers by these pressing rolls so as to compression-mold a powder filled in the mill. The center lever passed through the tip of the lower lever and vertically installed in the sliding direction of the lower lever and a center hole drilled at the tip horizontal center of the upper lever and in which the center lever is inserted in compression molding are installed and formed at the tip horizontal center of the lower lever. The tablet is made by using the center lever in which a difference between the minimum diameter of the portion of the center lever forming the center hole of the cylindrical tablet and a reference dimensional diameter in the design of the portion is within 0.04 mm.
