Abstract:
Tablets 51 that have a side surface 52 that has a hole 53 that can hold an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API). A tablet production device 1 that has: a second transport disk 5 that transports the tablets 51 while suction-supporting the side surfaces 52 of the tablets 51; a drug supply device 6 that discharges the active pharmaceutical ingredient into the holes 53; and an inkjet head 7 that prints on front and rear surfaces 54a, 54b of the tablets 51. As the second transport disk 5 suctions the side surfaces 52 and transports the tablets 51, the drug supply device 6 adds the active pharmaceutical ingredient to the holes 53, and the inkjet head 7 simultaneously prints on the front and rear surfaces 54a, 54b.
