Abstract:
A quick-release pouch assembly for a tactical load carrier. The assembly includes an outer pouch and an inner pouch. The outer pouch includes overlapping elastic bands forming an opening therein. The opening remains substantially closed without external force applied thereto. The inner pouch is insertable to and removable from the outer pouch. The inner pouch includes a tab and has an outer surface susceptible to rapid removal of the inner pouch from the outer pouch through the opening upon a pulling force applied to the tab.
