Abstract:
The present application provides a tactile feedback substrate, a tactile feedback device and a tactile feedback method. The tactile feedback substrate comprises an actuator and a plurality of vibration units connected to the actuator; the vibration units have different natural frequencies, and the actuator is used for generating vibration signals and driving vibration units having the natural frequencies as a target natural frequency to resonate, the difference between the target natural frequency and the frequencies of the vibration signals being less than or equal to a preset threshold. The actuator is controlled to generate vibration signals, so as to drive vibration units having the natural frequencies close to or equal to the frequencies of the vibration signals to resonate, thereby achieving local tactile feedback. As the vibration units have different natural frequencies, the actuator is controlled to sequentially generate vibration signals with different frequencies, so as to locally control and switch the vibration of a plurality of vibration units, thereby achieving different tactile sensing signals. The present application can reduce the volume of a touch feedback module, so that a touch feedback apparatus is lighter and more intelligent.
