Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a tactile sensation reproduction device which is capable of imparting a reaction force to fingers which simulates holding an object with the fingers. [Solution] Provided is a tactile sensation reproduction device, comprising input devices 20. Two first control bodies 33, 33 and one second control body 43 protrude from cases 21 of the input devices 20. With the second control body 43 being retained with a thumb and the first control bodies 33 being respectively retained with an index finger and a middle finger, an action which is the same as holding an object is carried out. A control signal is provided from a control unit to a motor within the case 21, and a reaction force of the first control bodies 33 and the second control body 43 is imparted to the fingers. At such a time, it is possible to impart a reaction force to the fingers which simulates the rigidity, flexibility, or elasticity of the object.
