Abstract:
To provide a tag recommendation device that recommends tags assigned by popular users, and tags to be assigned to new contents by considering the assignment frequency. A tag recommendation device 10 is provided with: a first calculation unit 14 for calculating a third numerical value representing the co-occurrence relation between a plurality of tags on the basis of a first numerical value that gives a weight to the co-occurrence relations between a plurality of users and a plurality of tags according to the popularity of the plurality of users, and a second numerical value that gives a weight to the co-occurrence relations between a plurality of users and a plurality of tags according to the frequency the plurality of users assigned the plurality of tags to a plurality of contents; a second calculation unit 15 for calculating the priorities of a plurality of tags on the basis of the third numerical value and one or a plurality of tags assigned to new contents; and a recommendation unit 16 for recommending, on the basis of the priorities, one or a plurality of tags to be assigned to new contents from the plurality of tags.
