Abstract:
Many types of tailless airplanes which are triangular in planar view have been disclosed, but all of these are exclusively suited to high-speed flight; in contrast, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a tailless airplane which is suited to low-speed flight. The fuselage 2 is approximately V-shaped in planar view, with a left body portion 5 and a right body portion 6 projecting obliquely to the left and right, rearwards and outwards from the lateral surfaces of a main body portion 3. In front view and rear view, the top surface of the tailless airplane is approximately flat, and the bottom portion is approximately triangular in shape, projecting from the left and right edges towards the center in an inverted chevron shape.
