Abstract:
The present invention relates to a take-out robot device having an accident prediction function using abnormal noise measurement, the device being for taking-out, from a mold of an injection molding machine, an injected product and transferring the same and, more specifically, for monitoring overall injection molding processes. To this end, the present invention comprises: a take-out robot (100) provided in the injection molding machine (10) and performing operations for taking-out the injected products molded and carrying the same; and one or more accident prediction units (200) provided in the take-out robot (100), sensing, by using sound sensor (210), abnormal noise which is generated by the malfunction of the mold due to mechanical deformation during opening or closing of the mold for discharging the injected products in the injection molding process, and comparatively analyzing the same so as to provide information data on a derived abnormal sign of injection molding.
