Abstract:
With regard to a tank structure of a heat exchanger having a header plate that has a small width, the present invention reduces thermal stress generated in a tube on the outermost side of the header plate in the lengthwise direction. The intervals between tube insertion holes 3, except for at least end-portion tube insertion holes 8 located at the ends of a header plate 4 in the lengthwise direction, are linked by deformation prevention beads 7 formed along the lengthwise direction of the header plate 4, and the end-portion tube insertion holes 8 are not linked by means of the deformation prevention beads 7.
