Abstract:
Provided is a tank support structure which comprises bands and brackets, which supports a tank like a fuel cylinder in a vehicle body, and wherein it is possible to reduce loads applied to welded joints between the bands and the brackets. This tank support structure (10) is provided with the brackets (11), which are fixed to the body of a pickup truck (1); and the bands (14), which fix the tank (2) to the brackets (11). The bands (14) can be divided into two types of parts consisting of first half bands (12) and second half bands (13). The tank support structure (10) has bolts (15) and nuts (16) which fasten together the first half bands (12) and the second half bands (13). Portions of the inner peripheral surfaces of the first half bands (12) are fixed to the brackets (11).
