Abstract:
A tantalum lining structure of an apparatus, the tantalum lining structure comprising a cylindrical lining layer (1), wherein the lining layer (1) is located in a base cylinder body (2) of the apparatus and arranged along an inner side wall of the base cylinder body (2); and the lining layer (1) is provided with several first annular cylinder sections (3), with the side of each first cylinder section (3) close to the base cylinder body (2) being configured to be concave, and the side thereof away from the base cylinder body (2) being configured to be convex. The tantalum lining structure of an apparatus has the advantage of low cost under the premise of ensuring an equal compressive strength.
