Abstract:
The present invention is a tape cartridge (1) to be installed in the cartridge-installing section (102) of a tape printing device (100) so as to be freely installed and removed. The tape cartridge is equipped with: a cartridge case (11) comprising a lower case (21) that is on the leading side in the installation direction and an upper case (22) that is on the user's side in the installation direction; a tape roll (4), which is accommodated in the cartridge case (11) and in which a printing tape (2) is wound on a spool (3); and a rotation guiding section (57), which is provided on the upper case (22) and is in sliding contact with the inner circumferential surface of the spool (3) to guide the rotation of the tape roll (4).
