Abstract:
In order to provide a tape cutter that is easy to understand in terms of the function of the operation portions and the operation direction, and that exhibits preferable handleability and is simply operable irrespective of the user, provided is a tape cutter provided with: a case body (12) that has a rolled body housing part (13) and an opening (11); a feed-out mechanism part (15) that rolls out a tape (T1) in response to an operation input to a feed-out operation member (52) supported on the case body; and a cut mechanism part (16) that cuts off a leading end-side portion (T1a) of the tape (T1) in response to an operation input to a cutting operation member (61) supported on the case body (12), wherein the case body (12) has a tape feed-out cylinder part (14) that forms a tape feed-out path (14a) to the opening (11), the cutting operation member (61) is provided so as to retractably appear from an outside-wall part, on one side of the tape (T1), of the tape feed-out cylinder part (14) to the outside on the one side, whereas the feed-out operation member (52) is disposed so as to be operated movably on the other side along an outside-wall part of the tape feed-out cylinder part (14).
