Abstract:
This invention relates to novel chemical compositions and manufacturing methods for producing electro-conductive, metal-ceramic materials having improved structural stability to operate at high temperatures in oxidizing atmospheres (Fig 1). A tape or sheet of the as-cast "green" cermet resistive heating material (102) may be punched or perforated to form holes or apertures (104) in the central portion (106) of the sheet or tape.
