Abstract:
A taper locking ring with steel balls comprises an annular body (1) that is made of rubber or plastic. The shape of the annular body is composed of a cylindrical inner side and an outer side which is combined by a cylindrical segment and a conical segment. The middle waist part of the conical segment of the annular body (1) is embedded with multiple steel balls (2) which are uniformly distributed along circumference. The interval between the steel balls (2) is 5-30 mm. The surface of steel balls (2) is 10-50 microns higher than the outer surface of the middle waist of the conical segment of the annular body (1). The ring is simple to process and convenient and quick to mount, and can reduce the connection cost of the pipeline and satisfy the anti-corrosion requirement.
